For Kosciusko in 2016

It has been a beautiful year of ministry at Mission Point. While reviewing the year and preparing for 2016, our team has been celebrating God’s faithfulness to our church. As we launch into this next year, our 6th year of ministry as a church, we are dreaming about some really big ideas. Ideas that we are praying God will use to bring souls into his Kingdom. Ideas that we can not carry alone. Ideas that need you.

More on that in a moment.

First, we wanted to celebrate some of the highlights of even just the past couple of months. Below are a couple of videos from November celebrating the LoveBlitz.

In October and November we launched an event as a church called Love Blitz. The desire was to show our county tangible displays of Jesus’ love. We wanted as many people as possible to have no doubt that we as the church, were for them, and more importantly that God is for them. Out of this event a movement was born now known as #ForKosciusko. Mission Point Community Church exists to invite everyone everywhere to life in Christ. In our county alone we know of approximately 50,000 people who haven’t yet connected with the hope and love of Jesus. We desire to be a place that is actively extending the hope of Jesus to as many people as possible, especially those in our own community.

As you can see by the videos, Love Blitz was an exciting event that produced many special moments where we were privileged to extended a generous hand to our neighbors. Even though Love Blitz ended in November, we are just getting started with #ForKosciusko. We are far from finished. We desire to turn up the volume of God’s love even more in 2016. We need your help to do that well.

Imagine a community that’s first response to the circumstance of the world is that of love and generosity. Imagine a church that leads the way in this rally cry. Image a county that glorifies God in the way it honors Him and pursues their neighbors.

We believe this is not only possible, but it’s the very thing that God has called us to as a church.

Will you join us?

Will you play a significant role in reaching out to others?

Would you consider making an above-and-beyond investment into the work God has given us to do?
