One Time Events
Next Steps is a brief 15-minute gathering offered following each of our worship services. This venue provides you with an opportunity to meet a staff person, learn more about Mission Point, and ask questions you may have. Children may remain in their classes during this extended time. Next Steps meets in the Connection Room (see back of worship card to view on map). Next Steps will take place every Sunday during connection month – August 26, September 2, September 9 and September 16 – after each service!\
201 – Connection Groups
4-10 week groups
“Armor of God” – Each day, an invisible war rages around us— an enemy seeks to deceive and destroy everything that matters to you. But his battle plan depends on catching you unaware and unarmed. Ladies, join us as we learn to take up the armor of God. This seven-week study led by Priscilla Shirer seeks to equip women through prayer, Scripture, and fellowship with others in the faith. We have four groups meeting at various times and locations throughout the week, all unified in their message and pursuit of God through this study. The cost at registration is $15 for the study guide. Interested in learning more? Click here to see the available times and register.
“Financial Peace University”– Financial Peace Univeristy is a nine-lesson money-management class taught by Dave Ramsey. Throughout the course, you will discuss the basics of budgeting, eliminating debt, planning for the future, and more! This group will meet during the 9am service at Mission Point, and will be led by Jason and Lindsay Gergely and Collin and Lindsey Grotbeck. The cost of this class is $75 for online videos, a workbook, and budgeting tools. Married couples or engaged couples need only register for one household membership. Roommates or those who do not share budgets or expenses should register individually. If you’d like to discuss a payment plan or financial help, email email@example.com.
